Frequently Asked Delivery Questions:

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR PICKUP?

Yes, definitely! Please place your order online and select “Floral Design Studio Pick Up”. As our studio is a private space with lots going on, we will need to know the time you’ll be coming by to pick up your floral arrangement so we can have it ready for you, and it will need to be paid for prior to pick up. Our pick up window is Monday – Friday 10:00am and 3:30pm, Saturday 10:00am-1:30pm, and we are closed Sundays.

DO YOU KNOW WHEN MY DELIVERY WILL ARRIVE?

While we will deliver on your specified day, our couriers operate within a delivery-window we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or have an accurate idea of when exactly the deliveries will arrive each day.

DO YOU DELIVER TO BUSINESSES?

We definitely do!

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER? DO YOU DELIVER ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?

We deliver Monday to Saturday, every week. During the busy holiday season we open up select Sundays for delivery as well! We do not deliver on statutory holidays.

CAN I REQUEST A DELIVER AT A SPECIFIC TIME?

Our couriers create their delivery plan based on the most efficient and environmentally-friendly route each day. Unfortunately, they cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for individual orders.

CAN YOU DELIVER FIRST THING IN THE MORNING?

Unless previously arranged via email, we cannot deliver before 12pm.

WILL YOU CALL THE RECIPIENT TO ARRANGE FOR A DELIVERY DATE?

We operate under the assumption that most orders are a surprise! We require that the sender chooses the delivery date for their recipient. It is only under special circumstances that we will get in touch with the recipient before a delivery is made.

WILL YOU CALL AHEAD TO ENSURE THE RECIPIENT IS HOME BEFORE YOU DELIVER?

Due to the high volume of deliveries, we are unable to call ahead to coordinate timing with the recipient. Our couriers will call the recipient only if there is no answer at the door. If you do require us to call ahead and coordinate a delivery time, additional charges will apply, as this is considered a “timed” delivery.

HOW DO I PLACE A BULK ORDER?

You can place your bulk order through our online store under the “Bulk Flowers” category.

We offer an array of fresh flowers and greens that are available to order in bulk, however, if the flowers you are looking to buy are not listed then please email sales@fransflowers.ca to inquire on prices and availability.

HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I ORDER MY FLOWERS?

The earlier the better, since it will allow us more time to put together your bulk order!

 

Bulk products require a minimum of 1 weeks notice.

CAN I HAVE MY BULK FLOWER DELIVERED?

Products sold in bulk are not currently available for delivery.

However, if you require that your bulk order be delivered to a particular location please email sales@fransflowers.ca to inquire on pricing and availability.

Our normal delivery rates will not apply to bulk orders.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY BULK ORDER?

Bulk flowers are available for pick up at the Frans’ Flowers Design Studio.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY BULK ORDER. HOW DO I CANCEL? WILL I BE FULLY REFUNDED?

You can cancel your bulk order by either emailing sales@fransflowers.ca or phoning our design studio (604)941-9009.

 

If you contact us please have your order number on hand.

 

We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens and you may need to cancel your bulk order. However, if you cancel an order within the 7 days leading up to your bulk order then we can only refund 50% of your order total because we will have already paid for the product.

 

For bulk products we require a minimum 1 weeks notice for cancelations. If you cancel your order within the week leading up to your pick up date then we can only refund you 50% of your order total.

 

If you cancel earlier than the allotted 1 week, then you will receive a full refund.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY BULK ORDER?

You can make changes to your bulk order by emailing sales@fransflowers.ca

Make sure to include your name, phone number, and order number in the email.

There may be additional costs to making changes to a bulk order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A FLOWER SHORTAGE?

Flowers are a seasonal commodity.

 

Therefore, during certain times of the year there can sometimes be product shortages. This can be due to holidays, the weather, global pandemic, etc.

We will always try our hardest to get the flowers you want, however, there is always the possibility that there will be a shortage of the product you need.

In these circumstances we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss options. This could mean that certain products will be more expensive, color options could be limited, or we may need to cancel your order.

If we are forced to cancel your bulk order then you will receive a full refund.

CHECKOUT ERROR WITH BULK PRODUCTS

If you are experiencing any checkout errors with our bulk products please make sure that you are not mixing bulk products with other items from our online store.  Bulk products can only be bought with other bulk products.

CAN I PICK UP MY BULK ORDER FROM YOUR COQUITLAM CENTRE MALL LOCATION?

No.

Our Coquitlam Centre Mall location does not have the space or proper storage for bulk products.

WHAT IS A WEDDING PACKAGE?

Here at Frans’ Flowers, we want to make your wedding day as simple and affordable as possible. In order to do this we have introduced Wedding Packages to our online store.

 

We give you the option to chose between a few varying wedding themes and in one simple click all your floral needs will be met!

 

Wedding Package includes:

  • 1 Bridal Bouquet
  • 3 Bridesmaids Bouquets
  • 1 Groom’s Boutonniere
  • 3 Groomsmen Boutonnieres
  • 6 Cube Table Centerpieces
  • 1 Sign In Table Arrangement

 

This is our basic Wedding Package, however, you may add on as much as you like!

 

We want everyone to be able to afford flowers for their special day, which is why our wedding packages are the best deal you can get!

IS A WEDDING PACKAGE RIGHT FOR ME?

If you are on a strict budget and just want all the basic florals to make a wedding look beautiful, then a Wedding Package is right for you!

 

However, if you have particular colors and flowers in mind and you don’t mind paying a little extra to have full customization then you should fill out one of our Custom Wedding  Forms to get an estimate from our floral team.

CAN I MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS TO A WEDDING PACKAGE?

Because our Wedding Packages are so affordable, there is very little room for customization. If you have a specific vision in mind for your special day please fill out a Custom Wedding Form.

 

However, if you only want to make small changes to one of our packages please email sales@fransflowers.ca to discuss availability and pricing.

 

Any changes to our Wedding Packages could incur  extra costs.

HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I ORDER MY WEDDING PACKAGE?

Our MINIMUM order time is 3 weeks in advance.

 

However, we recommend that you order your flowers as soon as possible. This gives us extra time to prepare your Wedding Package.

 

Also be aware that if you cancel your order within the three weeks leading up to your order date then you will only be refunded 50% of your order total. This is due to the fact that at that point we will have already ordered and paid for your flowers.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY WEDDING PACKAGE?

Yes!

 

Skip the delivery cost and pick it up yourself at our Floral design studio.

We deliver our Wedding Packages across the Greater Vancouver area for a flat rate of $100.

WILL YOU DO ANY SET UP AT OUR WEDDING VENUE?

No.
