What is the Frans' Flowers school fundraiser?
Frans' Flowers offers a simple and profitable way for schools to raise funds by selling our beautiful signature bouquets, arrangements, and or plants. Schools earn 10% percent of every sale, making it a great way to support programs, trips, and extracurricular activities.
How does the fundraiser work?
Schools partner with Frans' Flowers to sell our signature bouquets, arrangements, and or plants. Participants will consolidate orders using the order form provided by Frans’ Flowers, and a portion of the proceeds goes directly to the school. Once the fundraiser ends, orders are fulfilled and distributed to the Schools volunteer onsite.
Who can participate?
Any school, dance studio, theater, club, or student organization can participate in the fundraiser. Students, parents, and staff can all help sell and promote the fundraiser.
What types of flowers and plants are available?
Our seasonal selection includes fresh-cut bouquets, arrangements, potted plants, and holiday arrangements. Availability may vary based on the time of year.
Ordering & Selling
How do we collect orders?
Schools can choose to use traditional paper order forms, or using their Schools online ordering system, or both.
How much profit does our school make?
Schools earn 10% percentage of each sale, depending on the total amount sold. It is important that you push the marketing with the school.
When should we start the fundraiser?
We recommend starting your fundraiser at least 6-8 weeks before you need the funds. Popular fundraising times include (Valentine’s Day, Mothers Day, Easter) and fall (Thanksgiving, holiday arrangements).
How long should the fundraiser last?
Most fundraisers run for 2-4 weeks to give participants enough time to sell while keeping engagement high (very important).
Payment & Delivery
How do customers pay?
Payments can be collected in cash, check (made payable to your school or organization), or online if using your schools digital platform.
When will flowers be delivered?
Orders are typically available for pickup or delivery 1-2 weeks after the fundraiser ends. Your school will receive a scheduled delivery date.
How do customers receive their orders?
Schools can choose to distribute flowers at a designated pickup location.
