Cancellation policy

PAYMENT POLICY

• Please note that full payment is required no later than 3 weeks before the delivery or pickup date.
• Wedding florals require full payment no later than 2 months before the delivery or pickup date.

Failure to do so will result in the items being unavailable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand things change and we will always do our best to accommodate your request, however, please note that our standard policy is as follows for weekly orders (excludes Holiday Prebook orders):

• Less than 1 week cancellation notice: 75% restocking fee will be applied
• 2 weeks but less than 3 weeks cancellation notice: 50% restocking fee will be applied
• More than 4 weeks notice: No restocking restocking fee will be applied.
